Help please

Last day of submitting form of JEE is 15 Dec. So I am sending my form in 13 Dec by using speed post. But my friend said that day of sending mail Doesn't matter. The day they receive my form(+2 days for registration) that counts and he also said that my mail will take 7 days(+2) to reach new Delhi( i live in itanagar ). Is he right? Or they will accept my form? Please answer because I can't sleep when I think about that.

Ok, dont panic. You have already submitted your entrance form online (payment through Debit Card or DD).

Read the last paragraph, it clearly says they should receive receive confirmation page before 26/12/2012
