Why IAF/IA wants LUH to buy(& make in India) when HAL already have almost Developed indigenous LUH.

Manufacturing in large number should not be a issue as Production lines needs to be created for both HAL LUH and Foreign LUH in India.

You have yourself used this word "almost developed".

It can take several years between first flight and certification. LUH is very far from production.

The HAL factory that will produce LUH is not ready as well.
