Listen into the tarmac video. For 20 kg weight reduction, Details for such small weight reduction generally does not come out.

not sure who composed this Scorpene's don't have boilers

only focus on lch not others. I think author confused with viki and scorpene.
viki having some issues with boilers, which is solved by the construction/modification, i think.
Scorpene's delay due to price, tot i think, I'm not sure in both cases. old news.
The point is - LCH already completed all test, but delay is due to atgm, now hal started lsp, still no quad pack.

I can't find any photo of your Mangusta with more than 8 (LCH is restricted to that only at Ladakh altitude). In plains LCH can have 12 ATGMs, against Apache's 16, or this combo...

Just its rocket pods are smaller & are in same weight class as 2-ATGM rack, so to carry 8 ATGMs with rockets Iike the common gunship loadout it'll have to carry those on the outer hardpoint.

The helo uses onboard opronic devices to acquire/launch the helina missiles. Helina uses IIR(imaging infrared) seeker to home-in on the tanks/targets.

There has been helina tests in HAL Rudra(ALH WSI).

However no news regarding the integration of helina missiles in LCH as of now.
