No.

Explanation below:-

The "alleged" Hindoo genocides in east pakistan/Bangladesh need to be seen under one context only i.e "elimination of Muslims" in India. As such there is only one issue i.e. "elimination of Muslims by Hindus", rest all is drivel.

****

She needs to taken to the cleaners for those tweets. She has literally wiped out identities of non Mohamadian Bangladeshis. But no woke will dare.

Muslim wokes identify as Muslim, work to attract attention to alleged Islamophobia & deflect attention away from hate/atrocities done by their community.

If Hindu wokes identify as Hindu, they do only to help the Muslim wokes for the above & as well as to write "I am ashamed to be a Hindu".

Couple of things happening in SM:-

1. Attempt at transferring Holocaust guilt to Hindus & maligning Swastika

2. Attempt at denying the existence of Hindu-phobia & academic Hindu-phobia

3. Formation of a huge nexus of ISI- Global Islamists - Global Leftishits - Global Khopadis, constant targets being pan India political part i.e BJP & in certain instances Congress as well, anything that has pan India appeal seems to be a target

4. Complete takeover of Global SM by the above

The only acceptable Hindu is a dhimmi.

India cannot under any circumstance surrender our space in SM to these bigots.

Twitter suspends account of ‘Stories of Bengali Hindus’ for sharing ignored stories of the trauma faced by persecuted Bengali Hindus

How dare Hindus speak out?

Stop being communal, just shut your mouths up else we will shut it for you.

Now, who will do what?

Virulent Islamists LARPing as wokes & find way into Sm companies & enforce their agenda.

People should create accounts and circulate these as much as possible and through word of mouth so that others connect with such accounts. Twitter is trying to do so much damage. I take it that in the coming few months, it will get worse. The courts are already in a dicey situation where judges just order whatever they like; the way they stalled Yogi government's attempt to file a case against Twitter for inciting violence.

That leaves only one way out and it is for people to educate each other and take action in their respective cities.

Lol, I know this guy. He dated one of my ex’s friend.

all they do is go to bars and gossip. He is very timid and introverted. I don’t think he’s a huge threat to Indian sovereignty unless someone is using him as a scapegoat.

It was much easy for china . Not going to be easy for us . Thats why not a big fan of congress mukt bharat . It shd be reformed . A party with pan india appeal shd nt get vanished at this crucial moment of our history . One of the chief reason for stability of old palyer like USA is its two party system . And both dont cross a certain line .
See Congress is an entity that never had the interests of the country at heart. There were good people like Sardar Patel, Lal Bahadur Shastri, PV Narasimha Rao, Pranab Mukherjee, etc. but the ones that controlled the party were egomaniacs with a colonial view of the world that resonated little with India proper and more with post-colonial Britain. From allowing the hanging of Bhagat Singh, Sukhdev, Rajguru, to promising the British to handover Netaji Bose, their designs were evident in the beginning.

Congress left all pretence of a proper opposition and became more of a deep-state vessel long ago when Sonia Gandhi, Salman Khurshid, Kapil Sibal, Anand Sharma, P Chidambaram, Sushil Shinde, Mani Shankar Aiyar, Ahmed Patel, etc. gang took control. MMS belonged to the Pranab Mukherjee group of leaders who genuinely wanted a decent and stable India built on merits.

But a combination of lust for money, hatred for Indian aka Dharmic culture, and a willingness to take India back to colonial days for ensured power took Congress into an abyss.

Congress' destruction is now not a political gimmick but a national requirement. TMC is probably worse but with a strong leadership, BJP can navigate into the future well. The pipeline of leaders is looking good: Himanta Da, Yogi Adityanath for immediate succession and the likes of Tejasvi Surya, Jamyang Tsering for the future.

Modi wanted to reverse brain-drain but Indians continue to give up their passports in droves

India. Domestic industries still can't absorb all talent that we produce. So it's natural for some people to go forward to usa and Europe.

It's not all brain drain. Many of them return to India after securing technology and contacts in usa and use them to establish solid business in india. A lot of startups have usa - europe returned fouders and executives and also many unicorns have secured massive funding thanks to their robust exposure to western venture capital.

Besides they send whole lot of remittance to aid in indian growth.

In the era of internet they can help indian organization while still being in usa/ europe for earning.

Someone is twitter was talking abt benefit of dual citizenship to indians in OECD and SE asian countries. Pakistan take a lot of benifit from this scheme . There ll be some trouble for india obviously . The info source of NRI are all biased . But still i believe wht we see is a miniscule trouble makers . The benefit in terms of investment , lobby , research , education ll be much more . Indians are among richest in western countries . But yeah the guy who gives bad pr in cnn ll be discussed more than the thousands other who ll spend / invest millions or the ones who teach as guest lecturers in universities . We knw how things works in india . Its problems nt going to solved tomorrow .
. The pollution problem of NCR nt going to be solved in near term neither ll the urban flood of mumbai chennai . It ll only encourage more and more youth to leave for better life standard . We cnt stop this .. may be we can benefit from it .

His argument was India is more of a civilizational state than a nationstate . We shd ensure india stays alive in their mind whn they leave .

'Personal’ to be dropped from Data Protection Bill name: JPC Report tabled before both Houses

The Joint Parliamentary Committee (JPC) Report on the Personal Data Protection (PDP) Bill, 2019 was tabled in both Houses of Parliament on Thursday. The Joint Parliamentary Committee headed by BJP MP PP Chaudhary, tabled the report in the Lok Sabha. The Committee tabled the report after 2 years of its constitution.

The report is 542 pages long and discusses 81 changes. Following are some of them:

Dropping ‘personal’ from ‘Personal Data Protection Law’

First and foremost, the report suggested dropping ‘personal’ from the title ‘Personal Data Protection Bill’ stating that the law would protect both personal and non-personal data, i.e. personal data that has been anonymised. Chaudhury noted that confining the law only to personal law is detrimental to the cause.

Social Media

The report said that the social media intermediaries may be working as publishers of the content in many situations, because they have the ability to select the receiver of the content and also exercise control over the access to any such content hosted by them. Hence, there is a need to regulate the same.

The panel recommended that all social media platforms, which do not act as intermediaries, be treated as “publishers” and be held accountable for the content they host.

A mechanism should be devised where social media platforms, which do not act as intermediaries, will be held responsible for the content from unverified accounts on their platforms.

It has also suggested classifying social media platforms as significant data fiduciary. The Committee suggested that no social media platform should be allowed to operate in India unless the parent company sets up a local office.

Statutory Regulatory Body

The Report has also recommended setting up of ‘statutory media regulatory authority’ on the lines of Press Council of India, for the regulation of the contents on all such media platforms irrespective of the platform where their content is published, whether online, print or otherwise.

Power of Government

According to the recommendations, the central government will have full power to direct the Data Protection Authority (DPA) on all issues. It can also exempt any government agency from the purview of the Act, subject to just, fair, reasonable and proportionate procedure.

Penalty

Depending on the severity of the violation and the size of the entity, penalty would be imposed. If an entity does not take prompt action in case of a data breach, does not register with DPA, does not undertake impact assessment, conduct a data audit or appoint a data protection officer or DPO, it can be fined a maximum of ₹5 crore or 2% of its global revenue, whichever is higher.

For severe cases of contravention, the penalty will be a maximum of ₹15 crore or 4% of global revenue, whichever is higher.

“Startups and smaller data fiduciaries engaged in innovation and R & D need to be considered separately," the panel noted.

Transfer of Data outside India

Data will not be shared with foreign entities without approval of central government.

The penalty for violating this condition would be Rs 15 crore, or 4 per cent of the violating entity’s total worldwide turnover of the preceding financial year, “whichever is higher.”

Data Breach

Any affected company or state entity would be required to inform the Data Protection Authority “within 72 hours of becoming aware of such breach.”

The committee also recommends that where applicable, companies or any entity processing personal data (referred to as ‘data fiduciary’) be required by regulations to show their “fairness of algorithm or method used for processing of personal data”.

These idiots don't factor in something that almost all the people who surrender the Indian passports also obtain the OCI which allows them the same access for everything except elections and farmlands. That's the backdoor channel several NRIs use to develop transnational businesses.

This is my personal experience so take it as a pinch of salt that today best minds wants to stay in India however the average and poor minds are moving out to other countries and surrendering passports especially the IT coolies .

Indians/persons of Indian origin, shouldn't even be explaining or apologising for so called "Islamophobia". Be strong and express the Indian Dharmic narrative. Remind wokes, leftists, liberals et al of the massive drop in the Hindu populations in Pakistan, Bangladesh, the UT of Kashmir, and Afghanistan, the latter( Afghanistan) now has virtually zero Hindus remaining. Whereas at one time in was in the hundreds of thousands. Also confidently assert that some 'phobia' is actually normal and healthy. And anyway, the word 'phobia' denotes an irrational fear of something, like black cats, the number 13 or walking under a ladder. There's nothing irrational about Indians' concerns, apprehensions and opposition/hostility to Islamism, and Moslem separatism, given India's experiences in the past and present.

There needs to be more action; without sanctioned black ops squads on the streets against anarchists, this is going to be a dead-end. Sure, "we don't do that here" but within Indians, and the adversaries within have proven that the enemy has entered India long ago.

What can we do to stop them? This is the only way. Police may not be stopped but if we can reduce the number of higher scums (including many hiding within BJP low & mid-level political circles), we will always have more trouble from within.

it is all about money

Even if she has a chance for an out of court settlement, she should not settle for anything less than 5-6 crores. atleast let the twitter pay for her new media venture.

FLASH: @Twitter restores journalist @AartiTiko ’s a/c after a short-lived court battle where she had petitioned that action was violative of her rights under Art 14,19 & 21 of Constitution. Her a/c was locked after she tweeted that her brother was being threatened by terrorists.

And this is where the counter-narrative opportunity has struck- the "fifth-generation hybrid information warfare" Generals should use this opportunity to "inform" the West and the world about the legal debacle of Twitter against "a journalists' free speech whose brother was targeted by terrorists". Articles and interviews in Fox/other RW outlets is a must- the same way Razdan's folly was covered as some sort of national "saazish" to befool her in the NYT.
