This thread is dedicated to global rocket launch failures. As private space enters a golden age, more launch failures are to be expected. Two private rockets just failed in one week exemplifies this dramatic trend. It's not far from launching everyday!

Expace's Kuaizhou-1A rocket launched GeeSat satellites but failed on 15 Dec 2021.
It is China's 51st orbital launch and the 3rd failure this year. iSpace Hpyerbola-1 rocket are responsible for the other 2 failures.
