That apparatus looks way too smaller for being a railgun, to push a projectile it needs to have to gain a great amount of muzzle velocity and for that the projectile had to keep connected with the two rail while traveling through it, so as per that pic is showing the length of the rails are too small for actual work, and now combine it** with a diesel powered ship we can say that that chinese ship can only poop and not shoot.,
