Georgia plans to sell military aircraft abroad

As a result of the abolition of the Air Force as a separate structure of the Armed Forces of Georgia 12 SU-25 aircraft operated by the country can be sold abroad, the newspaper's correspondent in Tbilisi VIEW referring to the local newspaper "The Color of the Week."

According to the newspaper, which cites a source in the Defense Ministry, the decision to abolish the Air Force due to the fact that there is dissatisfaction with the level of training of military pilots who do not exercise at the strike target.

"The pilots have their own counter-arguments" - the newspaper writes.

As the newspaper view, the committees of the Georgian parliament began discussing changes to the legislation of the country in which the Air Force of Georgia abolished as a separate structural unit of the Armed Forces and joined the ground troops.

Georgia has previously rejected the Navy, Navy have been reassigned to the Border Police Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia.

Georgian Air Force is not going to sell anything.
Helicopter and Sukhoi 25s just attached Georgian Land Forces.

It was financial problem and thats why GAF has been attached to GLF but nothing is going to be sold.

Georgia doesn't have anyway to maintain their Su-25s. Russia bombed the hell out of TAM and Georgia isn't about to rely on Russia for parts. Now they will sell...

Russian Air Force Was Bombing TAM and Airfields but most of the bombs missed the target ro did`t Blown and TAM is still in Action.

TAM is out of action... check the press room. Not a single word since May 2008.

Now you are wright.
TAM has lesser resources after Collapce of USSR and There is no order form Goverment and foreign countrys and also lack of finances but it does not means that Factory is out of action.

I said that Russian Air Strike did not Damage the Factory and it`s true.
