Georgian Air Force is not going to sell anything.
Helicopter and Sukhoi 25s just attached Georgian Land Forces.

It was financial problem and thats why GAF has been attached to GLF but nothing is going to be sold.

Georgia doesn't have anyway to maintain their Su-25s. Russia bombed the hell out of TAM and Georgia isn't about to rely on Russia for parts. Now they will sell...

Now you are wright.
TAM has lesser resources after Collapce of USSR and There is no order form Goverment and foreign countrys and also lack of finances but it does not means that Factory is out of action.

I said that Russian Air Strike did not Damage the Factory and it`s true.
