if anybdy is forced to join islam,i think he is not a true follower
a true follower should believe in the faith and understand its value and should accept his own................
They may not now be true followers but two generations later they will be.

This is how muslim pakistan came into existance. India was a hindu country but muslims who were cruel came from west to India and forced Hindus to be converted into muslims during course of time these muslims got huge population and got pakistan. No offence but is this in the muslims religion to have as many children to keep up the population. More population = more say. I can see in europe, even well educated muslims, though it's difficult to find educated muslim but muslims as a whole in europe work on same principal even today. That is increase your population to have more say. Now in every muslims family in europe i can see atleat 4 children minimum. and they keep on going.....

They do.

Yousuf Youhana, the famous Pakistan Cricketer, was a Christian.

He and his wife converted.

He became Mohammed Yousaf.

Sikhs in Pakistan demand compensation for terror losses

Islamabad, Feb 7: Sikhs in Pakistan's Orakzai Agency bordering Afghanistan have asked the government to compensate the community for the huge losses inflicted on them by terrorists.

A group of Sikh leaders said that terrorists had burnt 26 houses, 18 shops and some factories of their community, Dawn reported Monday. The leaders included Parjeet Singh, Mahan Singh, Siren Singh and Dilbar Singh.

Sikhs were forced to pay Jazia - a tax levied on non-Muslims - totalling Rs.6 million to the guerrillas. But they were still forced to leave their homes following a steep increase in militant activities.

Orakzai Agency is in the Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA) in the northwest of Pakistan that bore the brunt of terror attacks.

The Pakistan Army battled the Taliban in the mountainous region, and the rebels were evicted from many areas after fierce fighting.

The majority of the displaced Sikhs have returned to their original areas but are leading a miserable life as they have lost their properties.

They have asked the government to compensate them.

Local official Riaz Mahsud said the administration had assessed the losses of Sikhs and forwarded the report to higher authorities.

India had in 2009 taken up the issue of treatment of minorities with Islamabad after the Taliban persecuted Sikhs in parts of Pakistan.

Militants had then demolished the homes of Sikhs in Orakzai region after they failed to pay Jazia. Earlier, as well, two Sikhs were beheaded by the Taliban in an apparent sectarian attack on the religious minority. The Taliban had also occupied two shops and three homes of Sikhs.

About 35 Sikh families have lived in Ferozkhel in Orakzai Agency for many years.

This is the status Hindus/Sikhs have in Pakistan. And the Buddhists are totally exterminated of their dominant position once in the region. And they have the audacity to ask for Muslims' situation in India where GOI bends backwards for them left, right and center.

Finally, a minister has the balls to come out and say this. Not surprisingly, it's a Balochi.

Minorities feeling insecure in Pakistan, says minister

Islamabad, Feb 8 (IANS) Abduction for ransom and killing of people belonging to Pakistan's minority communities, including Hindus, has caused insecurity among them, a minister said.

Balochistan Minister for Minorities Affairs Basant Lal Gulshan said Monday there was a sense of insecurity among the minority communities.

The daily Dawn quoted him as saying that the Hindu community was still waiting for the safe return of their religious leader Lakki Chand Garji when another member of their community was killed during a kidnapping attempt in Quetta Sunday.

Rajesh Kumar, a trader, was going to work when armed men in a car intercepted him and tried to kidnap him. When he resisted, he was shot dead.

As many as three Hindu traders have been killed so far during attempted kidnappings in and around Quetta during the past three years.

Gulshan said that people belonging to the minority communities were being compelled to migrate to safer places.

Ram Singh Sodho, who was elected to the Sindh assembly in 2008 on a Pakistan Muslim League-Functional (PML-F) reserved seat for minorities, fled to India and sent in his resignation to the assembly speaker, Nisar Ahmad Khoro.

Incidents of kidnapping for ransom of Hindus in Pakistan have seen an alarming rise during the last few months, forcing many families to abandon their homes and shift to India or other countries.

Lakki Chand Garji, 82, who is the 'maharaja' of the Kali Mata Mandir in Kalat town in Balochistan province and considered to be one of Pakistan's most revered Hindu spiritual leaders, was kidnapped by a gang of armed men Dec 21 last year. He is yet to be traced and rescued.

Even Muslim who have sympathy for Pakistan will quickly hate them once they are sent there, while the idea of living according islamic law seems good for those living in a democratic and free society but once they get a pure taliban style life then they'll know in what sh!t they are.
The wisdom of Talibans no Music,no TV,no Art,no Shaving and wear the islamic clothes decided by the local "Manish Malhotra" in short life svcks under religious rule

If they convert for a job then it isn't a real conversion.
But apostasy is punishable by death in Islam even if they later want to revert back. The Muslim society won't let them convert to anything else. That's the problem why these people are in a virtual enslavement in Pakistan. Wonder why the migration process didn't complete 100% in those days itself. At least this won't be happening.

I can easily identify with this situation because this is how Buddhists were exterminated by Islamic community from Afghanistan and Pakistan.. as well as large tracts of eastern Bangladesh (like Chittagong which was once 99% Buddhist).

They could have asked the Indian embassy for political asylum...
By the time they'd have been approved by "secular" Congress, they'd have already been in the pages of history by loonies in that country.

dharamshala kholi ha hamne???????????????????????????????
yes.. Thats what we have been since ages.. We have welcomed everyone with open arms.. And why not these hindus.. After all they are hindus.. Where else would they go if not India.. If you believe in Akhand Bharat, it can be stated that these hindus chose to stay in that land that their ancestors have stayed since thousands of years.. Now when they are facing persecution and threat to their life its not proper to shut our doors to them..
