what if this Bharatphobia of Americans has their hatred for native Americans at its core.

There are too many similarities between how “native Indians” of murica were portrayed a few centuries ago and how “Bhartiya Indians” are protrayed now.

Few of them are as follows:
- both are protrayed as tribalistic violent savage heathens.

-the aspect of warring between tribes or communities is heavily publicised

-the aspect that both need to be divided and conquered, hence the focus on sub nationalities

-both are highly sought after for Christian conversions by whatever means necessary


essentially it looks like there is an attempt to equate us with Native Americans, which in turn makes it easier to view Bharat as something that needs to conquered(not necessarily physically) in american psyche.

this could also be the reason behind having zero scholars of Bharatiya origin in Native American history domain, but there are tons of Americans studying India.

Foreign Policy was the one area where we had a lots of apprehension in 2014. When he became PM, we all knew that he is a very God non corrupt and strong administrator but did not know how he would perform forest policy. Since we have seen his foreign policy for last 7 years, if I would have give him any rating, I will give him highest number in this are. He has practiced a highly pragmatic fruitful result oriented and very strong foreign policy with sole National interest. After getting reele ted in 2019, and India becoming economically and militarily strong Nation, he started practicing the foreign policy with heavy hand. He has started dealing with China and Pakistan very strongly.
