Later in and around Sumeria we have kings with names like Artatama & Artashumara


2100bce Aratta was most likely an Arya speaking state somewhere in south eastern Iran or Afghanistan.

It (Aratta) is a fabulously wealthy place full of gold, silver, lapis lazuli and other precious materials, as well as the artisans to craft them.
