Why does the paki army never learns anything from these ambushes?

Even US Army started crying after 2004 when they were fighting against afghans.

Waziristan is homeland of afghans. Afghans have gun culture. Even a small boy also know how to use gun. In order to flush out ttp from Waziristan whole population needs to wiped out. That's why US was also not able to defeat taliban after fighting for 20 years.

Pakistanis can do nothing 70% of their forces are pitched near Indian border.
Pakis lack intelligence network in Waziristan area even they have no clue when will attack come and were attackers will go after attack.
After doing an assault ttp fighter mostly hide inside afghanistan and taliban is protecting ttp fighters.

Using air force is also not a option since pakis are running out of funds and their air force is concentrated towards iaf. Even USAF had hell lot of modern fighter but geography of afghanistan made them useless same is also the case of Waziristan
