Agree with every point you made except one. Just a minor nitpick. GOI's budget is not $1.4 trillion dollars. It is actually around $550 - 600 billion dollars which is more than twice the actual GDP of Pakistan. I look forward to the day where our defense budget is more than the actual GDP of Pakistan and the next milestone where GoI's budget is 10 times the actual GDP of Pakistan.

550 billion dollars buget is central government budget...approx 700-800 billion budget is different state budget. so we hv total 1.2- 1.3 trillion budget.
