Put electric wires, fences, freaking armed Tapas drones (even if it's in prototype) and arm each unit of BSF, SSB & Assam Rifles with trucks of loitering munitions on every border.

BSF at the western border needs to be armed with 100,000 light machineguns and 50 million rounds of ammunition for the upcoming zombie hoard.
