BUT you must give it to the paki mil establishment. At least they dream of keeping parity with a bigger military in their neighborhood and always keep trying to close the gap even when India keeps growing beyond their sight.Thie political leaders on the other hand always seem like champagne socialists who shuttle between foreign countries and pakistan and have no clue or even want to initiate infra and other related projects of development, let alone promote business.

Here in India I feel the military is far lesser in size and urgency for our size.

That's why I always say Pakistani military is much more adaptive and efficient wrt procurement and maintaining parity
We stand nowhere near to them wrt procurement and willingness to decimate our enemies
