There are some Baluchis in Sindh but idk how many are seperatists.
Then there is the angle of Iranis who also have a Baluchistan which is also seperatist.

The biggest one is the logistical issue since we don't have a land border with Baluchistan to arm/train them like Mukti Bahini of Bangladesh.

but they would then have to be tight as they run the risk of completely ruining Pakistan as a base of operation and replenishment (in terms of forex,manpower,etc) as they might cause even more permanent damage to pakistan from which they could recover from.although as time goes by it will become harder for pakistani military to sustain the state of art weapon systems even with their tight and fast procurement process as the budget is too small even with illegal funds.
