After reading this... Many unconnected or connected images came to mind which I have seen in last few yrs

1. One motivation behind opening kartarpur corridor was to invite Sikh investors settled in the west... who (pakis very well know) are wealthy... heard it around 2015-16 in a paki talkshow... without mentioning kartarpur

2. It's akin to Saudi & UAE opening up to Israelis(which has already happened)... I don't know why

3. Khalistanis settled in west can now start from "Lahore" ... the capital of khalistan

No guy worthy of making any significant investment will be stupid like that. A few of them might have sentiments on those lines but putting their actual money into such venture- hardly anyone. These whole "investment schemes" are newer ways to launder black money by Pakistani bureaucrats and military men- they send money from hawala to these countries and then get back in the form of unquestioned "investment"- they even had a law for two decades prohibiting any investigation on the sources of such foreign investments. "Sikh investors from the US" are not stupid regardless of their desires for Khalistan. Minions like Pannu and his organisation will be used for this money laundering business
