How tf is a war going to help their economy?

A post war economic growth is a well documented phenomenon.

Basically, what happens is, all the factories and machines used to keep the war machine going get repurposed for other stuff after the war.

So, say.... A factory used to make uniforms now turns into a production base for civilian market (gross oversimplification but you get my point).

It's feasibility in this day and age is up in the air though.
I highly doubt it'll be enough to get Pakistan back on it's feet. Also worth mentioning is, these factories will often turn out to be a target of precision bombings, which, unlike during WW2, can and will be done (a lot).
