Islam doesn't really let Afghanistan be safe.

When Pakistan was mired in internal conflict, Afghans did the same with minorities there that Pakistanis did.

It will take a long time for Afghanistan to return to normal.

I don't really see how the largest democracy in the world is unstable politically.

These figures are faked to promote more liberalisation(neo imperialism) through western NGOs. These types of organisations claim to be non political but in reality they are funded by CIA, George Soros, Vatican etc. to effect minds of gullible people.

If you properly study these types of reports than you will realise that there is literally no evidence or any official numbers behind these type of studies. They either do a small survey and/or gather data from specific news outlets.
