In the last 2 years only, Poland has signed the following deals:

K2PL = 1000
M1A2 SEPv3 = 366
K9PL = 672
K239 Chunmoo = 288
M142 HIMARS = 506
BWP Borsuk = 1400
Narew = 22 batteries
Patriot PAC-3 MSE = 48 launchers + 644 missiles.

It is just mind blowing.

By borrowing from the European Central Bank. ECB does not have a credit cap towards members, causing them to take huge loans at throwaway prices, and then later Germany using them as their bitch. Given that it's being used "against Russia", ECB might be under significant US pressure to just let everyone go to town with whatever they want to buy.

Montenegro can shout "evil Russia!" and ECB might throw $5 billion at them just to "re-arm".

That's even stupider. They are wasting money and hard to come by capital on weapons that do not provide a return on the money.

Europe has been behaving like a headless chicken for the last 15 months. It's going to get bad for them if they continue on the current path.

What's worse, they are trying to blow hot and cold on China which is treating them like their economic slave, while they are antagonizing us by meddling in our internal matters.

I hope they keep behaving irrationally like this. EU is going to be owned by China and India very soon.

Ownership here = basically setting trade terms. Not literal colonization. EU is a big partner for now but given the economic direction they are heading, they will be compelled to become more amenable to Indian demands in the future to retain large market access. That's the Indian way of asserting itself - ensuring interests are met but not turning others into a vassal. EU is in no position to demand stringent terms.

Chinese way on the other hand is visible already the way Xi has arm-twisted Macron and Scholz when they went running to him as an alternative economic cushion.

Tell me honestly, do you really think present-day Europe has the capacity to call the shots against China?
