But isn't there a export version of every platform that ensures the safety of core technology or something?
You can try to develop in ways that make it difficult to reverse engineer. Other than that, you'll have to downgrade (remove features you consider are sensitive enough). But that also leads to degraded performance and thus reduces value of your product on the market. So its different for every export case, depending on to whom and what are we exporting.

Yeah its like double edge sword. On one side technology should not leaked on other side cant degrade performance,

What other possible weapons India can export?:-

Prahaar, Pralay
hand grenades
105 mm howitzer, ammo
81, 120mm mortars, ammo
ATAGS, Kalyani Howitzers
T-90s, BMP
TATA WHAP, other wheeled Armoured Vehicles
Nishant UAVs
LCH
PGMs like SAAW, gaurav, Gautam, Garuda, guruthma, NGLGB, Helina, SANT, Dhruvastra,
NASM-MR, Rudra1,2,3 or Astra
QRSAM, Akash
I highly doubt if any country will be willing to buy T-90 and Bmp especially after seeing the results in Ukraine. African and Gulf countries may even prefere Chinese tanks over Russian now.

When Turkish Leopards went into Syria their turrets flew off too.. and Chinese tanks still have the Soviet style ammo storage
So did the M1 Abrams in Yemen but there were only few videos or pics about wrecked Leopards and abrams online, unlike the destroyed Russian tanks and IFV's which r paraded online every single day thus portraying it like some junk which only 3rd world poor countries buy.

You send in a few and a few get wrecked send in many and many get wrecked ...
Syria and Yemen blew up these tanks with supposed obsolete missiles.
