We cannot retain the talents dude. That's the harsh truth. I don't like the selection procedures at DRDO. In AFRL you just have a round of verbal interview, that too on the topic of your choice.
idk why these people dont form a startup for aerospace grade materials, there is huge shortage of these kind of companies in india, only midhani is in this field. :fyeah:

There is no core technology private firm dedicated to aeroengines and aerospace grade materials. Though Kalyani has a vision but unless they lift off with the ATAGS and artillery unit, it won't happen
Firms will come once there is possibility of large orders. Lca / amca and their derivatives are supposed to create base demand for aerospace Material / components/ machines.

In civilian sector c295 , Tata manufacturing components for Boeing / LM will drive growth. But govt needs to push for common procurement by airlines with make in India facilities for large orders.
