Looks like an Abdul at a local puncture shop has put it together from some scrap materials.....certainly could do better especially look at those weld seams, even I can do better

Among the FICV RFI, everyone missed the RFI released for Field artillery tractor.
Among specs, it should be able to tow 20T min along with cargo capacity of 8T.

Thanks. So it has 20 T towing capacity.
Couple of publication had mentioned that it has 8 T towing capacity. Which I felt was quite less.
Those publications probably got confused between carrying capacity for towing capacity.
