Why?India is not ashamed to have supplied these systems to Myanmar?
It is in Indian interests to maintain good relations with whoever is in power in Myanmar to ensure stability in insurgent stricken north eastern states.India is not ashamed to have supplied these systems to Myanmar?
Burma has cooperated a lot with India against terrorism in North East. Hence we should have best possible relations with Burmese Army.It is in Indian interests to maintain good relations with whoever is in power in Myanmar to ensure stability in insurgent stricken north eastern states.

This one ?There was a thread about this where each users would vote from which state they came. Can't find it very old.
this old concept of not talking to countries for ideological & morality reasons, is turning out to be a failed idea. it has left strategic vaccum for others to step in and spoil our chances of reconciliation." is in Indian interests to maintain good relations with whoever is in power in Myanmar to ensure stability in insurgent stricken north eastern states."
Definitely, India was very idealistic in the 90s and early 2000s, by totally boycotting Myanmar. It didn't help at all, while China increased its presence in Myanmar, and insurgency continued in the North East. India is doing the right thing now. There is a direct bearing on India's security and sovereignty, not something far way that India dislikes. The European countries can afford to be sanctimonius, India cannot.

With whom we had not talked to due to ideological differences except Taliban? Pak does not fall in the above category.
