In Mark2. For Mark1 the engine is still F414, although it has option for TVC, as was offered in MMRCA... So it depends on whether India is going to acquire the usual version or not (F404-IN20 too is unique version is tailored for India).AMCA will most probably feature 2D TVC. DRDO worked a lot jointly with the Russians on this technology few years back.
Also, HAL has some experience working with TVC gained by assembling the AL-31 engine in its Koratpur plant.

After seeing this scale model I think this is a pretty good Stealth Design , Nose section is very interesting - better stealth , good airflow for engine , better stealth from sideways. The air intake structure( side ways) much similar to F22 and offers better stealth features( unlike that shitty J20 ) top section also offers better stealth from AWACS which searches from above .
No EOTS , two patches in the nose section indicates may be Some sensors like cheek mounted Radar , No IRST , The HySIS spectral imaging satellite can directly feed into AMCA so it will get EOTS&IRST like sensor support without sensors , probably they will be added in the MK2 or may be it is already there .
Think they want a super Stealthy Aircraft without any protruding surfaces , May be better stealth than F22 & F35 if we use similar materials like of 22&35 .
Only time will tell how good it will be. Some people are disappointed that it doesn't look much fancy and immediately concluded it is not upto the mark , no words for those .
