Afaik Pralay propellent is being tested with industrial partner

no its not bad. its due to the grease hand marks on the metal surface coupled with low quality photo.
it occurs only on milled surfaces. so the main cylinder is infact of high quality.

the irregularities on milled surface traps grease and dust more than smooth sheet folded to form a cylinder.
probably it has not gone through finishing/ cylindrical grinding.

it has 2 sections, the cylindrical part has been casted and then rough turning has been done. which will be screwed with inlet turbofan bypass section, axial compressor section, combustion sections and expansion section followed by nozzle, which is already screwed in place.

the nozzle is "brazed" with thick bent sheet metal of a different alloy. the filler material is of different alloy. probably Au-Pd (gold-palladium) alloy rods are brazed in between the sheets of the exhaust.

also the nozzle is fixed and is converging. so Mach number of exhaust mass (M) < 1, so its a subsonic (probably turbofan) engine.

is it for unmanned bomber or nirbhay ? if its a simple turbojet, its for nirbhay, otherwise its for unmanned stealth bomber.

Air to air bramhos will have to be much lighter and smaller its range will be less too.

I don't think it will have to be lighter or smaller. The current air launched brahmos could be modified for air to air role. It can likely fly higher than an AWACS. So it could easily approach the AWACS from top. And it doesn't have to be too maneuverable to target a slow aircraft like AWACS. In fact, the 400 km range 40N6E missile of the S-400 system is likely comparable in size to the current Brahmos.

You are right according to me, Burger land is tracking India ICBMs with CIA in full support, good thing would had been a similar powerful frequency ship from our side which would fry these ships in malaca strait itself.
