ZERO in 6 years?.. Half dozen in 5 years?

HAL delivered 1st FOC in 12 months, before Covid & modifications delayed first flight of SP-22 & 23 post July 2020.
When did the MoD and IAF signed the deal? IAF out right rejected Tejas initially and HAL was crawling with IOC aircrafts manufacturing anticipating FoC aircraft orders which delayed and pandemic hit. can't say what they did during lockdown time. Also IAF keeps on asking for modification in FOC recently being parts interoperability which isn't HAL manufacturing unit fault. Once final design manufacturing is cleared and HAL fails to deliver then we can blame them. Also the FOC aircrafts schedule is on time with bunch of aircrafts to be delivered. MK1A order HAL has set aggressive time line also MoD has cleared to HAL will be heavily fined if they won't meet the scheduled deliveries.
