We can never know...
We have 4 nuclear submarine in ocean and knows about launching ceremony of only 2, 3 even commissioned outside media eyes.
If rumours of its commissioning came out then it's either commissioned or almost ready for it... nothing to worry about.
All 4 Arihants commissioned??

Long Range Radars of India.

BMD, India.jpg

Swordfish( LRTR )- Range 600 Km .
LRTR 2 ( Upgraded Swordfish) - Range upto 1500 Km.
LRTR 3 ( Upgraded LRTR 2)- Range more Than 2000Km.
VLRTR- Range More Than 3000Km.
Military variant of MOTR - 1500 Km.
Tin Shield Radar - Upto 1000Km.

All these Radars can plug into IACCS. And induction of S400 and its Radars will further strengthen the Integrated Air Defence System of India . And all the civilian Radars can add into the network.

Members can add more Radars into the list

Have a look at Chinese Radars and IADS in this link.

IIT Bombay developed spherical Robot

The tele-operated robot may be deployed at hazardous, difficult and enemy intruded areas and controlled from a safe region. The structure of the spherical robot has many advantages over conventional mobile vehicles or humanoids. The ball shape of a spherical robot enables rolling in any direction on planar surfaces. Sensors and other electronics is completely inside the shell. It is robust to the collisions and can manoeuvre in any direction. The camera mounted on the robot provides a real-time panoramic 360 visual feedback that provides awareness to the situation. The visual feedback transmitted to the operator also enables him/her to control the robot’s movement. A manually operated spherical robot has been designed that provides visual feedback for reconnaissance and search. The design of the robot can be easily modified to add sensors for collecting application specific information to the operator.

In summary variants of designed spherical robot can be fabricated based on the application by varying sizes and providing following facilities:
– Incorporating application specific sensors
– Wireless communication modules to collect video and audio feeds
– Payload carrying capability
– Easy deployment option
– Low cost solution

Can the artillery gun of the SPH be removed from the chassis and used in towed configuration?

If yes, then these 130mm M-46 based catapault gun can be used in towed configuration, and even be upgraded by the Sharang project.
Actually these guns were originally the towed M-46 ones. So we have already configured a towed gun into a SPH. Moreover IA is moving towards 155 mm. 130 would not cut the piece now.

What is "tin shield radar"?
Also, what is the range of the Dual Pannel LRMFR?

Yes OTH Radars are in service . And a next generation OTH is under development.
Da faq? When did this happen. By OTH do you really mean those 4000-5000 km range radars that use radar reflected off of the ionosphere?

There is a reason why I have not mentioned the name of the company.

The wingman seems to be a JV with a foreign partner.

From what little I have gathered, project is low keyed. Almost nil publicity. Engineering work has progressed and is being done in India. The one in the pic is a engineering prototype , it is obvious from the pic . The landing gear is installed. The internal fuselage is also visible. Might not be a functional prototype, possible for structural , load tests etc. No way for me to guess .

Big Indian private companies simply look to rebadge foreign UAVs , atleast someone is doing something by their own even if in a JV for such a complex system.
