Look at the pic closely. There are two types of multi station pylons used in Tejas mk2. The usual ejector based ones on the midpoint wing station and rail based one on the central fuselage station .

So besides two 1800 kg class standoff weapons/ dron tanks / cruise missiles and two 450 kg bombs, 8 beyond visual range aam and two Wvraam can be carried simultaneously . Thats one hell of a swing role capability.

You would be surprised to know that most of those optics are based on R&D done by PSU's. TATA is production agency. But they have their inhouse R&D centres. But their base is on electronics mainly.
Nice it seems that we have almost attained self sufficiency in optics and radios but still useless imports are being done any reason why?

NGARM slide from DRDO.

NGARM aka RudraM1 will indeed have a 200 km range as ANI had reported some days back .

The best thing and unique among all anti radiation missiles except besides the AAGRM is the presence of a mmw seeker head for terminal guidance. Porky kicker had mentioned this years ago.

Coupled with a two way datalink, this missile can be used in a counter AEW&C role . Paki Saab 2000 and ZDK-03 Karakoram eagles are now history .
