The MRSAM test of Dec 23 was in full operational configuration with the target acquisition and fire control being done by a variant of the EL/M-2084 radar.

The radar is there right in the middle of the pic . It's rotating at a rapid pace perhaps at 50 rpm. It used GaN T/R modules vs the GaAs TRMM of the actual EL/M-2084.

One of the salient features of the universal launchers of Program AD is that the 8x8 can also host 8 Barak-8 /Lrsam Mrsam missiles in place of 2 AD-1 missiles.

Now that the MRSAM TEL has been redesigned and and it's a 6x6 vehicle now, the longer 8x8 design can be used for the Barak-ER missile which will be procured in nos by the Indian Airforce .

Don't think it will ever happen, Chinese Missile TELs are easier to identify from satellite, while India adopts civilian-looking trucks with tarpaulin system for missiles. Not easy to identify them even if a normal civilian is nearby.
