No. I saw this in Forge4Fauj Twitter handle video. Incident was narrated by Ajay Kumar Secretary in Department Of Def Production when the DISC programme was launched in Defexpo 2020, i think ,in a gathering . The Officer stood up when Ajay Kumar said " that person is among us today" and got a round of applause.

Not sure about swarm drone, but Capt P. T. Nagasharma (Retired , IN of Alpha design technolgies pvt. Ltd.) and separately Wing Commander Jaswinder Singh have both won IDEX DISC 3 challenge for proposal of development of Portable Spoof Emitter For Radiations for the IAF.

High endurance autonomous underwater vehicle ( HEAUV ) will be based most probably on the UUV ( glider ) currently under testing.

From what i know researchers were looking at endurance of 6 months for the UUVs based on glider configuration.
