RF antennas on missiles are generally for 2 purposes

1. Telemetry purpose during missile test firing ( the telemetry package is housed in the warhead bay ). Here the transmission is gererally unidirectional.

2. Data link for command & control , real time update etc . Here transmission is generally bidirectional.

Fbw luh is more suitable, If they can build a plug and play system that can be hooked into any Fbw copters would be wonderful. Will be complicated but will be mighty t useful in the backend of war effort and ofcourse disaster support.

It is going to be tested in test rig for 18 months....
Then it will be tested with LCA Tejas.......
Intially it is being developed for LCA Tejas...
Later it will be integrated with su30 ,mig ,and lch...too

This pumpjet propulsor will likely NOT be used in the SSN program. This is for the S5-class SSBN only. Reason I think that is because the maximum speed mentioned in the Technical Aspects Section (a) is 25 knots. If this was a SSN, it would have been higher, more than 30 knots at least.
This can mean one of two things:-
Either the S5 class is planned to be inducted before the SSN (unlikely)
OR
SSN class is not going to have any pumpjet propulsion. Not good IMHO.

Launchers for Brahmos Cruise Missile
Government of India and Russia has entered into a joint venture for development of a Supersonic Long Range Anti Ship Cruise Missile system. DRDO & NPOM, Moscow are the development agencies. Programme PJ-10 is the DRDO part of the joint venture. The Programme started off with signing of contracts with Joint Venture company named as “BrahMos”. Platform Systems Work Centre: R&DE (Engrs), Pune has been made a nodal agency for the development of Launcher & ground systems for BrahMos missile. The Platform Systems Work Centre includes design of various kinds of Launcher & Ground systems equipments for both demonstration launches as well as launch from land & ship platforms.

Is this the Dhruti rwr you are talking about? Because this digital RWR was first shown at Aero India 2017. According to folks from DARE in Aero India 2019 AFAIK trials were already ongoing and the rwr was to receive certification soon.

I knew DR118 has already entered active operational service onboard the MiG-29UPG and Su-30MKI fleets .The conversion from the analogue Tarang mk2/3 to Dhruti has already begun.

I reckon, only it's integration on the Tejas fleet is pending.
