Was looking for DRDO R & D on Vertical Take-off and Landing systems. Any information available on that?
I did find out that a company, funded by Technology Development Fund, is doing work on Vertical take off and landing mutli-seater Air Taxi.

SANT launcher apparently look exactly same... in future this lumbering massive SAM-fodders will stay well behind our lines & snipe targets with the MMW LOAL munition.

I am happy they have gone for Western helicopter design rather than Russian (previously there were Mi-17 type engine intakes) design.
Also notice they are testing the wind tunnel model with hardpoints.

I don’t know why but, I always love the way the Agusta Westland Merlin looks....saw it first time in the French movie “Forces spéciales” ;ever since then it kinda grown on me
