1. Sfdr and astra mk2 both will have ejector luncher
2.vlsrsam is sanctioned on July 2019
3.vlsrsam is to protect naval vessels from aerial threats
4.the project timeline is 48 months
5.intial requirement is for 10 ship borne lunchers with 340 missile s
6.it will be manufactured by a Pvt agency...
7. We can see it's first trial in next year itself.

It's a secret project.....still now no drawing are available for mpdms.....

Igla s was the winner....after that no progress was made.
But is is said that India bought some igla s systems recently....in an urgent basis...
I can confirm you that indian army is refurbishing the igla m......
And a new lunch tube (prototype) is produced.....it is longer than the previous one ....can fire a new variant of igla missile....

guys, can somebody share details about Garuthama ?

A glide bomb was tested. Did not say which one Garuda or Garuthama. If a pic of the one tested is available, it can be made out. One with wings is Garuthama and one with only fins aft is Garuda. The information that the glide bomb was tested at 30kms does not necessarily mean it's Garuda. Garuthama can glide to 100kms.
