I specifically don't remember about VL-SRSAM but I have came across mention of SRSAM especially few years back when there was talks of JV with the French aka Maitri missile.

I now believe the mobile launcher is for land based version of Astra-VL aka SRSAM

Reason for this conclusion

Drdo is to an extent emulating certain features from the VL-MICA system which was to be the basis of now shelved Maitri program. DRDO had access to info on the same.

It's my personal opinion so reader discretion is advised
