Indeed. Its always better to design platform around what you have rather then looking to build one based on theory of what you would have.

Chinese have strong ground based EW systems. Just like our samyukta & hemraj systems. Something called as eads Which will soon be ordered by Pakistan. Ig our Excalibur will also become ineffective. On both side.

Just look how expensive Excalibur is fking 100 thousand dollars.
2x adm 2 & 3 pinaka rockets costs 100k dollars Infact less. Will have way way more damage. Obviously we can't compare them pinaka truck has its own limitations.

We have bought Excalibur in limited number itself for limited use.

But even then, if you have to deploy a whole GPS jamming system to avoid one shell, it means the shell is effective in itself without getting fired on you.
