This video's (acceleration) make me feel brahmos is even beyond mach 4 capable missile.
Impossible to judge from that video what mach it is....eyes are two slow and most often perception of eye is very wrong even for much slower movements when it comes to speed estimates. I doubt it develops that speed so early and low.
yea also the fact that it is travelling upwards after the 90 degree turn but it seem going straight due to curvature of earth

But here in Bharat what do we have ? RR by own forces of this and that requirements not matching, 1kg overweight, doesn't work on Mars, imported maal quality is better, ever changing requirements and finally an order of a half a dozen or a dozen (if you're lucky) underwear . It looks like the contract is for FMJ rounds which will likely be used for training purposes instead of actual ops. Don't see hollow points listed on their website. That should be a ~$20k contract assuming the average cost of 20¢/round for 9mm FMJ rounds
Army should give 5.56mm contract first it was 21 or 22 they wanted 5.56mm from Indian private sector it's been 2 years no update
Hopefully we get some insights on the quality and performance of the ammunition, since the technology is from the reputed Brazilian Ammunition Manufacturer CBC Defence.
