Difficult to jam ground based radars, especially if they have strong ECCM
Easier to jam/spoof onboard missile seeker

But than ground based radar command guidance is limited by LOS
but no such restrictions on onboard RF seeker

Combine both than you have the best of two , which makes it very difficult for target to counter

Eg If I fire 2 Akash at a target, one with command guidance and another with seeker, the target will have to deploy countermeasures against both which is a tough ask, so either target kill or at the least mission kill

These need to function effectively at heights. I've a feeling miniature drones, mini UAVs, loitering ammo etc will have a vital role to play when war breaks out across the LAC.

Ghatak ain't flying ...this is the Swift .. the sub scale model. Turkey already flys full scale turbojet uavs .
Their fifth gen aircraft is already assembled ours is not .. there are many caveats of course but at the surface they are ahead
