Because unlike Tejas, the Arjun didn't really improve over time........well, they somewhat did but not substantially enough.

It's not comparable to harop or shahed
I don't know the warhead capacity of nagastra 2

The rapid advancement in kamikaze drones and atgm really puts the research and development of advance tanks in question?
