SAFRAN GTRE JV wasn't mentioned in the tweet & GE deal if it comes in a year will be nothing short of a miracle for US sanctions & clearances are seldom obtained as fast as it was granted for our deal with Washington.

HAL is not responsible for safran gtre jv for amca engine, hence no news in HAL article
GE is chosen by ADA, and both HAL and GE concluded their part of the deal, and now it is in under MoD,
Ministry of Finance. Lets hope GoI civil babus don't screw this up
