I mean as per the tweet, its a Unit of infantry who ordered it.

Now remember that we have a brigade in A&N command which is comprised of 4 battalions. Now a unit here would mean 1 company of any of these battalions. Means 20 nos of kit for 120 strong company. So this is a good order. Remember that SVDs are anyway getting phased out.

On border surveillance too, they have offered a number of sentry observation equipment which I recently saw. No comments on their order thou.
Another segment for which they have provided prototypes are for MALE & HALE drones.
