Yep what you said is around 80% correct these signal collection point's mainly used as baslitsic trajectory tracker and deleicated com interception, up to 2008 Indian secure connection was partially analogue which also consist of less secure 3 shift generated passsive encryption, so After snowden leaks the gov found out that most of military coms vunerable to these kind of snoop, so Indian military command initiated a policy to digitise all com network and using deleicated network protocols ,thus it privent further snooping, as of today USA can still listen if our military coms which are not modernised by a snooping station called pin gap in AustraliaThis should be of huge interest to many......
I was always searching for the air dropped " very large fuel air explosive ( FAE ) bomb of unidentified type " and have not found it till date and I know about the air dropped nuke which is a next generation upgrade from the one whose pic i posted sometime ago.
DRDO has published info on a smaller 500 kg FAE bomb , but I have reasons to believe there is a larger one , it's need was felt during Kargil , availablity of huge FAE bomb would have killed those pigs inside bunkers because of the tremendous overpressure effect combined with oxygen deprivation.
Conventional bombs with fragmentation warheads are not much effective because it needs pin point strikes on a single bunker and even then might fail to penetrate the bunker with the fragments not even reaching the interior. Multiple pinpoint strikes needed to incapacitate a multi bunker complex. While a single large FAE bomb will do the job in single strike.
And on another note it seems NSA and CIA has completely breached indian security at some point of time around 2004 and maybe till date.
Three NSA sites worked in tandem to breach indian military signals and comms, mainly targetting nuclear and missile programs.
1.Australia NSA facility codenamed RAINFALL
2.Thailand NSA facility codenamed INDRA
3.Thailand NSA facility codenamed LEMONWOOD
Interestingly LEMONWOOD is a Foreign Satellite (FORNSAT) collection facility.

R&D side seems to be coming along very nicely these days but there still seems to be a bottleneck at the validation/certification/acceptance/production end. So many systems enter testing but so few seem to make it to the users. When is the possible induction?????????
30 character rule sucks
Some kind of anttena or satelite receivers. It is one the tallest military structures in the world and it is in India

Think who has screen shot it..........:biggrin2:
Actually he was talking about something else.Dont we already have this for PDV.
PAD had radar to guide it and proximity sensor to take out enemy RV.
Impressive. You know how would a concrete building hold up against it?30 char..

As per Ministry of Defence,
......................................
Concrete buildings wont have chance against FAE , layered Military bunker may stand still. But the amount of heat and pressure created by FAE bomb will sure roast humans inside that Military bunker. Its worst way to die. Use dozen FAE on Paki bunker , document it and upload on social media. Aftermath Evry idiot inside paki bunker will be in fear throughout his delployment.Impressive. You know how would a concrete building hold up against it?
There is a similar functional example. RIM-161 SM-3, part of US Navy Aegis BMD.View attachment 30720

There really isn’t much holding them back now once they have the HTFE-25 ready. The sensors, radars and communication systems are all about developed in-house.I hope DRDO looks at developing something along the lines of the General Atomics Avenger or the Northrop Grumman Global Hawk, based around the HTFE-25.
As per Ministry of Defence,
"The improved design of HTFE-25(Core-2) engine run was successfully carried out by HAL on January 10, 2018. The HTFE-25 Core-2 light up was flawless in the very first attempt. Its engine has an improved HP Compressor spool configuration to cater to upcoming twin-spool Full Engine development."
But I think it will take at least another 5 years to matureThere really isn’t much holding them back now once they have the HTFE-25 ready. The sensors, radars and communication systems are all about developed in-house.
Hope DRDO starts thinking about this seriously very soon
