It was supposed to be a 30mm gun. Why the heck they are going with 25mm gun that too in a stealth turret?

Are they compensating by providing an additional 7.62mm? Like "we can't give 30mm but guess what you get 25mm + 7.62mm = 32.62mm"

9M96 should cost just over 1.2 mil per missile. Barak-8/MRSAM is 1.6-1.8 mil per missile.
