There was no dispute about if the fund was released or not, But about if this clause / stalling the fund approval was justifiable or not.

We can mount regular SAAW on Pinaka ERs and launch them just like what Boeing did with Ground Launch Small Diameter Bomb (GLSDB). We can not just easily hit targets as far as 200km away but we can also hit moving targets.

Still better than nothing and in the end isnt the goal is to get connectivity in all parts of country?I remember some places where we used to get 0 signals in childhood now there is bsnl and jio there no signs of Airtel thou worst network I have ever used
