Long time back it was reported that India & Israel are working on joint development of pgm ( cant find those old news articles). Thereafter, SAAW was sanctioned. Then appeared spice 250 and SAAW. I dnt think it was specifically reported on SAAW. But due to them being same, it is the only joint pgm which can be thought of.

Enthusiasm from their part is well placed. This is the first time that Jabalpur foundry has delivered the cast of aeriel bombs. Means its a new product line for them. Otherwise their main products were mostly vehicle part.
