The problem isn't that it's a s*it design, it's the fact that we are yet to achieve 100% indigenization on even systems like this.

So either they've already secured an order from Ukrainian army or it's some kind of joint venture for European markets.

It might be a shit design. The center of gravity on that thing looks whack. Not to mention the height, will it clear bridges and power lines?
This is what a design by committee looks like.

Most of the time, the top echelon and Babus do talk sense. It just need a parliamentary review committee to make everything nonsense.
So is there no way to bypass this parliamentary review committee? I assume it's a part of the process for checks and balances, but with what I understand from your sentence, it causes adverse effects
