I think it's a combined order of Tejas and Prachand where both add up to 15 units.
Its only possibility.
India need special permission from US to sell US/Israel hardware if its mk1a initial batch, may be they are considering second batch of mk1a using uttam fcr

Wait wait
How is it possible
I mean we haven't ordered lch except lsp
LCH is not integrated with idas or atgm until now
It's not in our service properly
I think either it's some false reporting or brilliant diplomacy
LCH may be purged later just as Scorpene was purged from the recent Indo-French deal.

Same with mk1A,only LA-5021 mk1 FOC aircraft converted to testbed of Mk1A.
Astra mk1 is also not integrated all are to be done by feb 2024.
Why would Argentina go for it then?

Now what's a 6th gen atgm, seriously???
SPIKE™ NLOS 6th Generation Missile Stand-off, Non-Line-Of-Sight Game Changer
The SPIKE NLOS 6th Gen Missile rapidly closes the sensor-to-shooter loop, simultaneously neutralizing multiple targets at game-changing stand-off ranges. Real-time tactical intelligence and BDA enable target adjustment and midflight aborting of missions, as well as operation in both offensive and defensive scenarios.
Maintaining superiority and creating an effect on the modern battlefield require an array of capabilities including high rate, high precision attacks on multiple targets, close cooperation between mission participants, detailed and updated views of the target, and stand-off ranges sufficient for avoiding today’s sophisticated threats.
The system can launch and control Salvos of up to 4 missiles simultaneously, while in the air, from a single launcher by a single operator. Missiles can be launched from one platform with a Handover to another platform for completion of the mission. Target Acquisition can be accomplished by the transfer of aerial images of the target to the SPIKE NLOS system and matched with the missile’s video images during flight. The system’s Range and non-line-of-sight capabilities have been further extended to up to 50 km from a helicopter and 32 km from the ground.
Rapid, effective closing of sensor-to-shooter loop
Increased efficiency and throughput
Significant, immediate effect on the battlefield
High level of survivability due to stand-off range and passive guidance
Utilization of the element of surprise
Simplifies target detection
Handover addresses the target itself instead of the target coordinates
Enables the handling of A2AD targets

With the 6th Generation SPIKE NLOS missile, salvos can be simultaneously launched against multiple high-value targets. Control can be transferred between platforms to safely complete missions. Image matching technology, enabling the handover of the target itself instead of just its coordinates, enables a level of precision down to a specific tank or section of a building. Real-time intel during the missile’s flight allows additional targeting as well as control of collateral damage. Stand-off ranges – significantly better than other available options – ensure high survivability and enable the element of surprise.

Just a gibberish of hi-fi sounding words and technical jargons

A marketing gimmick for 4++ genaration of ATGMs, just like 5th gen ATGM is a gimmick for 4+ generation of ATGMs.

The latest ATGM in international market is MBDA's Akeron and they call is a 5th gen ATGM. Though technically it's a 4+ gen ATGM as it simply combines all the tech used in previous generation of ATGMs.
So to show that Spike is even better than MBDA's Akeron they named it 6th gen.

How you are going to export Tejas with out approval from OEM countries especially US
😑

And that's exactly what I was trying to say that if you remove foreign components from Tejas then there won't be much left to export.
Engine US, ejection Seat UK, radar Israel, armaments Israel/UK/Russia.

There's something wrong with this news; neither we're in a position to export LCA/LCH with complete parts support nor the quotes figure of 8675 crore matches.

US approval might not be difficult for engines and other equipments
We can supply uttam if we be bit optimistic
Even nose cone can be made yeah not an easy tech but recently there are some movements
Problem would be ejection seats and even weapons as mentioned
Even they can avoid ifr probe if they want
Coz there has to be changes in cockpit arrangements, canopy design, etc then certifications that too for only 15 aircrafts
