I have a question. Is DRDO really working on the FMBT or they are just building the APS which will finally get fitted on T90 or T72s. Because the design of the turret in the APS RFI is very similar to the FMBT design. But I don't see any RFI for building the actual Turret or the tank parts for the same.

Same thing. The PL-17 and the PL-20 are parallel projects of the same PL-X program. Looks like the PL-17 nomenclature is entering service. There's also a PL-21 in development, same role and range.

LNT is a very, very big construction company and makes a lot of money, and they usually only take part in their core strengths; heavy machinery, construction, shipbuilding.
