At this point you're just trying to irritate me right? Maar khaayega 😏

Again you wont get cuboid space as complete empty.
I've already shown you the dimensions; how can't you fit a 0.1m diameter and 2m long cylinder in a space 2mx1.5mx3m!?
Remove all the seats and some equipments and heck you can even fit two such drums side by side.
Can you show an example where its been done on similar platform
Sure; here's a M163 VADS with its primary drum magazine and secondary side magazine.

Definitely it's 20mm so it'll take less space but you also must consider that M113 is almost half in length of Kestrel (5m vs 8m)
The power required to operate radar

Order for Nagastra-1 is Rs 212 cr, so I guess around 500 drones with supporting systems
It's large and wonderful if true

ANI says its at least 450+, so good news. I think it’s second biggest domestic drone purchase after Ideaforge.

Same should continue for large logistic drones for which IA has released multiple RFIs

This is pretty much an anti-personal drone, carrying a grenade-worth of explosives. We should also acquire drones that can defeat armored targets.
I think Indian Army and IAF have already acquired a few different loitering munitions in that category:-
1) Tata ALS-50

2) Elbit Skystriker and a unnamed NewSpace Loitering munition

Nagastra-1 falls in the category of the American Switchblade 300 and the Polish Warmate.

2kg warhead, so not really grenade level but yeah only good for anti personnel.
Grenades only sport around 400-500gm or even lesser explosive. Definitely better than a grenade.

Correct. I think we ought to develop something with a small tandem/HEAT warhead so that it is small as the Nagastra to be carried and launched by regular infantry, but lethal enough to defeat MBT.

This will absolutely rule the battlefield and make 3rd-gen ATGMs like Javelins and Spike obsolete.

What I meant was that it was much more than a grenade, since you had said it was a "grenade-worth of explosives". But just pointed out that it wasnt enough for anti armour stuff.

grenades are mostly around 200gms of explosive, rest is metal for fragmentation.

Though I think this could benefit from having a HEDP warhead, that way the HEAT part can be useful for disabling artillery and all, seeing as in the current war many times standard HE might kill the crew but doesnt harm the artillery much.
