If i am correct, they would be going for all metal build instead of all composite build.

That would have made sense if they made the same Tejas with metal wings instead of composite.

On one hand they would be saving cost by using Metals and on other they would be adding cost of R&D, new production line and completely new tooling

There's a huge gap between 29kN and 85kN. A cheap (material wise) HLFT-42 with 70kN Kaveri can fit nicely in between.

But generally OTH radars have huge ranges bcoz of low frequency

I was going to ask about this one I saw an alpha defense video about OTH radar that a prototype was in development and it will be completed in a few weeks but there is no update after that anyone got something.
